APPROXIMATE OPTIMAL CONTROL OF LINEAR TIME-DELAY SYSTEMS VIA HAAR WAVELETS [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Engineering Science and Technology, 2016
In this paper, Haar wavelet benefits are applied to the optimal control of linear time-delay systems. A discretized form of optimal control problem at collocation points based on some useful properties of Haar wavelets transforms original problem into a ...

Numerical methods for boundary value problems on random domains [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
In this thesis, we consider the numerical solution of elliptic boundary value problems on random domains. The underlying domain is modelled via a random vector field which is given by its mean and its covariance.

Feedback Control Method Using Haar Wavelet Operational Matrices for Solving Optimal Control Problems

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2013
Most of the direct methods solve optimal control problems with nonlinear programming solver. In this paper we propose a novel feedback control method for solving for solving affine control system, with quadratic cost functional, which makes use of only ...

Nonlinear Model Predictive Control for Mobile Robot Using Varying-Parameter Convergent Differential Neural Network

open access: yesRobotics, 2019
The mobile robot kinematic model is a nonlinear affine system, which is constrained by velocity and acceleration limits. Therefore, the traditional control methods may not solve the tracking problem because of the physical constraint.

Research on scheduling and optimization under uncertain conditions in panel block production line in shipbuilding

open access: yesInternational Journal of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, 2016
Based on non-completely hybrid flow line scheduling of panel block in shipbuilding, several uncertain factors influencing the problem were analyzed in a real environment, and a nonlinear integer programming model was built for each sub-scheduling problem.

Mathematical Programming Method Based on Chaos Anti-Control for the Solution of Forward Displacement of Parallel Robot Mechanisms

open access: yesInternational Journal of Advanced Robotic Systems, 2013
The pose of the moving platform in parallel robots is possible thanks to the strong coupling, but it consequently is very difficult to obtain its forward displacement.

Multi-source coordinated stochastic restoration for SOP in distribution networks with a two-stage algorithm

open access: yesGlobal Energy Interconnection, 2023
After suffering from a grid blackout, distributed energy resources (DERs), such as local renewable energy and controllable distributed generators and energy storage can be used to restore loads enhancing the system’s resilience.

IMPDH inhibition enhances cytarabine efficacy in SAMHD1‐expressing leukaemia cells via guanine nucleotide depletion

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.
