ホロホロチョウにおける排泄腔旁脈管体の微細構造とリンパの生産機構を明らかにする目的で, アルコール割断法による走査電顕観察および凍結割断法お上び過酸化酵素 (HRP) 注入法による超薄切片の透過電顕観察を行った。雄ホロホロチョウの脈管体は被膜, 小柱, 被膜下周縁リンパ洞, リンパ洞および毛細血管索より構成されていた。毛細血管索の組織間隙には小動脈, 小静脈, 膠原線維, 線維芽細胞, 神経線維および神経終末が観察された。毛細血管の内皮細胞には飲み込み陥凹および小胞, 分泌陥凹および小胞, 辺縁空胞およびゆるい細胞間連結装置が見られ, さらに, これらの構造には多量のHRP穎粒が認められた。これらのことから ...
