Release of Paramecium immobilization antigen to the non-nutrient medium
Cell Biology International Reports, 1980The instability of Paramecium aurelia surface components has been shown: after 60 min incubation of dense cell suspension ((1-2 . 10(6) cells per ml) in Tris-Ca buffer at 4 degrees C or 23 degrees C the surface coat was partially stripped off and the proteins were released to the medium.

The transfer from nutrient medium to soil
1987A plant which has originated in vitro, differs in many respects from one produced in vivo (de Fossard, 1977; Grout, 1975; Grout and Aston, 1977, 1978; Grout and Crisp, 1977; Debergh, 1982; Wardle et al., 1983; Sutter, 1985; Fabbri et al., 1986; Connor and Thomas, 1981; Brainerd and Fuchigami, 1985).

[Transparent nutrient medium for culturing Francisella tularensis].
Antibiotiki i meditsinskaia biotekhnologiia = Antibiotics and medical biotechnology, 1987A transparent nutrient medium T (tularemic) for cultivation of F. tularensis was developed on the basis of heart-brain infusion, yeast extract, bactotryptone, technical casamino acids, bactoagar, salts, L-cysteine and glucose. Introduction of an antibiotic (polymyxin B, 100 units/ml) to the medium composition provided selective conditions for growth of
