Does Local Excision Without Salvage Surgery Affect the Prognostic Outcome of Patients With Malignant Colorectal Polyp? A Long‐Term Survival Analysis

open access: yesJournal of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Volume 41, Issue 8, Page 2427-2439, August 2026.
ABSTRACT Background and Aim Management of malignant colorectal polyp has been a treatment dilemma for clinicians. This study aims to evaluate the long‐term survival outcome of patients with and without salvage surgery after local excision. Methods From January 2000 to December 2022, patients with T1 malignant colorectal polyp diagnosed after local ...

ExTENDS: Efficient Data Placement and Management for Next Generation PCM-Based Storage Systems

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
Although flash memory solid state drives (FSSDs) outperform traditional hard disk drives (HDDs), their performance still fails to cope up with the perennial doubling speeds of microprocessors, regardless of the available high bandwidth. To alleviate this

Lessons learned from a co‐produced field experiment comparing aquatic vegetation removal methods in recreational waters

open access: yesEcological Solutions and Evidence, Volume 7, Issue 3, July–September 2026.
We brought together academic researchers, environmental practitioners and local community members to implement a co‐produced experimental aquatic plant removal. We applied six key lessons learned based on existing co‐production research and added lessons learned from this case study. Overall, we found that building on existing relationships, appointing

Temperature‐Resilient Reconfigurable Physical Unclonable Function Driven by Pulse Modulation Using CMOS‐Integrated Spintronic Chips

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 37, 3 July 2026.
A reconfigurable physical unclonable function is developed using CMOS‐integrated SOT‐MRAM chips, leveraging a dual‐pulse strategy and offering enhanced environmental robustness. A temperature‐compensation effect arising from the CMOS transistor and SOT‐MTJ is revealed and established as a key prerequisite for thermal resilience.

The Relationship Between Levels of Greenery and Perceived Clinical Signs of Non‐Communicable Diseases in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire: A Cross‐Sectional Study

open access: yesHealth Science Reports, Volume 9, Issue 7, July 2026.
ABSTRACT Importance Urban green spaces may reduce the prevalence of non‐communicable disease (NCD) symptoms by mitigating environmental risk factors such as pollution and stress. However, evidence from African cities remains limited. Objective To evaluate the association between levels of urban greenery and the perceived prevalence of clinical signs of

Stakeholder and rightsholder engagement in environmental research: Lessons from Canadian scholars engaging diverse groups

open access: yesPeople and Nature, Volume 8, Issue 7, Page 2317-2337, July 2026.
Abstract To promote inclusivity, relevance and actionability of environmental research, scholars are engaging with rightsholders and stakeholders (Indigenous groups, governments and individuals) to co‐produce research. These transdisciplinary approaches represent diverse forms of ‘engaged’ research (e.g.

iMIV: in-Memory Integrity Verification for NVM

open access: yesCoRR
Non-volatile Memory (NVM) could bridge the gap between memory and storage. However, NVMs are susceptible to data remanence attacks. Thus, multiple security metadata must persist along with the data to protect the confidentiality and integrity of NVM-resident data.
