QCD Sum Rule Analysis of the Decays $B \to K \ell^+ \ell^-$ and $B \to K^* \ell^+ \ell^-$

We use QCD sum rules to calculate the hadronic matrix elements governing the rare decays $B \to K \ell^+ \ell^-$ and $B \to K^* \ell^+ \ell^-$ induced by the flavour changing neutral current $b \to s$ transition.

Na3V2(PO4)3/C cathodes were fabricated on Al substrates via powder aerosol deposition and compared with tape‐cast electrodes. Despite high active‐material loading, powder aerosol deposition (PAD) films show limited utilization due to dense microstructure–restricted ion transport.
