本研究の目的は側方偏心位での咬合接触様相を咬頭嵌合位付近と犬歯切端位付近とで比較することである.メタルストリップスを用いて, 52人の被験者の咬合接触を診査した.診査する下顎位は咬頭嵌合位から側方へ0.5, 1, 2, そして3mmの下顎位とした.0.5mm顎位は咬頭嵌合位付近の下顎位として設定し, 3mmは切端位付近の下顎位として設定した.0.5mm顎位における咬合接触は3mm顎位と異なる様相を示した.0.5mm顎位において, 作業側, 非作業側ともに臼歯部の接触頻度が高かった.わずかな診査顎位の違いも非作業側の接触様相に大きく影響した.切端位付近の接触様相と咬頭嵌合位付近の様相は, それぞれ非機能域での接触と機能域での接触と考えることができ, 両者は異なる性質のものとして位置づける必要がある ...
