研究成果の概要(和文):メラトニン投与群では象牙芽細胞内のメラトニン受容体MT1の発現がより強かった。メラトニン投与群では象牙芽細胞の背が高く、象牙芽細胞数が増加していた。象牙前質中の石灰化球の数が増加し、大きさも増大していた。象牙質のアパタイト結晶が均一な大きさで規則的に配列し、結晶性がやや向上した。またコラーゲン線維が増加した。メラトニン投与により血清中のCaやP濃度の挙動に変化をもたらし、メラトニン代謝産物の量が増加した。メラトニンが体内の血中組成に変化をもたらし、象牙質や象牙芽細胞に影響を与え ...
