Mini review: Asymmetric Müllerian duct development in the chicken embryo
Müllerian ducts are paired embryonic tubes that give rise to the female reproductive tract. In humans, the Müllerian ducts differentiate into the Fallopian tubes, uterus and upper portion of the vagina.

Fertility problems of mares on a well-managed breeding farm with thoroughbred stallions have been ascribed mostly to contamination of the reproductive apparatus of females with pathogens, particularly those of bacterial origin.

Selective Oestrogen Receptor Modulators
Postmenopausal oestrogen deficiency causes a wide spectrum of adverse consequences that may be prevented or reversed by hormone replacement therapy (HRT). However, acceptance of HRT and then long term continuation is poor.

This study integrates single‐cell multi‐omics, spatial transcriptomics, and cross‐species comparative analyses to systematically characterize the cellular composition and differentiation trajectories of goat mammary epithelial cells, along with the gene regulatory networks and intercellular communication mechanisms governing these trajectories, thereby

Total 24-hour urinary oestrogen has been used extensively and proven to be reliable in monitoring gonadotrophin therapy for induction of ovulation. However, the method is time consuming for the patient and incomplete collection, as expected, is not ...

Genetic ablation of Cep55 in Pten‐deficient mouse models delays tumorigenesis. Integrated multi‐omics analyses (proteomics, phosphoproteomics, and spatial transcriptomics) reveal that CEP55 regulates oncogenic signaling (RAS/ERK, PI3K/AKT), integrin/FAK‐mediated adhesion, extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling, and endocytosis.

Endothelin receptor type A (EDNRA) and the Hippo/YAP pathway form a self‐reinforcing loop that sustains triple‐negative breast cancer. EDNRA activates YAP through Gαq/11–Rho/ROCK–LATS signaling, while YAP/TEAD4 reciprocally drives EDNRA transcription.

Fibro‐adipogenic progenitors (FAPs) in atrophic muscle undergo YAP1‐driven pathogenic activation, secreting IL‐6 and FGF21 as bone‐catabolic myokines that mediate muscle‐bone crosstalk and promote bone loss. Genetic or pharmacological targeting of this YAP1‐FAP‐myokine axis rescues skeletal deterioration, identifying FAP‐derived myokines as therapeutic

Hypoxia triggers a dual mechanism for BHLHE40 upregulation: reactive oxygen species (ROS)‐dependent post‐translational modification and hypoxia‐inducible factor (HIF)‐dependent transcriptional activation. Under hypoxic conditions, mitochondrial BHLHE40 accumulates and senses ROS via cysteine thiol oxidation and disulfide‐linked homodimer formation ...
