AbstractOlfactory responses of Dasineura tetensi (Rubs) (Diptera; Cecidomyiidae) to leaf volatiles of blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum) were tested in a 4‐way olfactometer. Newly emerged virgin females showed no response to the leaf volatiles emitted from a blackcurrant shoot.
