Helper and ionizable lipids play a crucial role in determining ApoE binding and subsequent liver tropism and LDLR‐mediated uptake. Ionizable lipids primarily govern the LDLR‐independent uptake pathway. This complementary interplay between lipid components ultimately governs LNP delivery performance and therapeutic efficacy in the liver.

A recombinant spider silk protein was functionalized by incorporating genetically encoded bio‐orthogonal reactive azido‐groups. The azido‐functionalized proteins were produced in a scalable biotechnological process, and particles, films, as well as nanofibers were established as anchorage for fully functional antibodies via site‐specific bio‐orthogonal

The use of oligonucleotide probes for meningococcal serotype characterization
In the present study we examine the potential use of oligonucleotide probes to characterize Neisseria meningitidis serotypes without the use of monoclonal antibodies (MAbs).

The study reports a DNA/RNA heteroduplex hydrogel (SeroPTEN‐CG) that undergoes DNase‐mediated hydrogel‐to‐nanogel transition for spinal cord injury therapy by targeting the serotonergic system, combining 5‐hydroxytryptamine (5‐HT)‐mediated excitability restoration to reactivate dormant interneurons with phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN)‐targeted ...

Here, we present a nanotechnology approach to construct synthetic lipid rafts on the live T cell membrane, leveraging a versatile DNA origami‐enabled platform named as the “cholesterol nano‐patch” (CNP). Our investigation highlights the effectiveness of DNA nanotechnology in exploring the impact of nanoscale arrangement of cholesterols on the ...

A method for high‐throughput production of sequence‐verified DNA libraries and strain collections
The low costs of array‐synthesized oligonucleotide libraries are empowering rapid advances in quantitative and synthetic biology. However, high synthesis error rates, uneven representation, and lack of access to individual oligonucleotides limit the true
