Evaluation of the Efficacy of Olopatadine Hydrochloride in Pruritic Skin Diseases
Nishi Nihon Hifuka, 2010目的 : そう痒性皮膚疾患患者にオロパタジン塩酸塩を処方し，患者のかゆみ症状の推移を患者アンケートおよびvisual analogue scale(VAS)の変動に関して調査を行い，VAS値が30以下となるまでの期間と患者の治療に対する満足度について検討した。方法 : そう痒性皮膚疾患患者118例に対し，オロパタジン塩酸塩5mgを1日2回2週間以上投与し効果を検討した。満足度は患者アンケートを，また効果は投与前，再診時のVAS値を用いて評価した。結果 : 湿疹・皮膚炎，アトピー性皮膚炎，蕁麻疹いずれにおいても半数以上の患者で再診1回目(2週間以内)におけるVAS値は30以下となり，また患者満足度の上昇も再診時に認められた。症例を再診1回目のVAS値≦30と>30の2群に分け ...
