Un Algorithme de Gestion des Adjacences basé sur la Puissance du Signal [PDF]

open access: yesColloque Francophone sur l'Ing\'enierie des Protocoles (CFIP), Les Arcs : France (2008), 2008
In this proposition, we present a link management technique for pro-active routing protocols for ad-hoc networks. This new mechanism is based on signal strength hence cross layer approach is used. The hysteresis mechanism provided by OLSR is improved upon by using signal strength in combination with the hello loss based hysteresis.

Toward IPv6 OLSR

open access: yes, 2003
The first part of this document describes the features of IPv6; such as the different address formats, the neighbor discovery protocol, and the autoconfiguration procedure. The second part is dedicated to the changes required for OLSR to work, and to benefit from IPv6 mechanisms.

Hybrid Intelligent Routing with Optimized Learning (HIROL) for Adaptive Routing Topology management in FANETs [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
Enhancing the routing efficacy of Flying AdHoc Networks (FANETs), a network of numerous Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), in which various challenges may arise as a result of the varied mobility, speed, direction, and rapid topology changes. Given the special features of UAVs, in particular their fast mobility, frequent topology changes, and 3D space ...

A comparative study of reactive, proactive and hybrid routing protocol in wireless sensor network under wormhole attack

open access: yesJournal of Electrical Systems and Information Technology, 2018
Nowadays, ZigBee communication protocol is one of the dominating standards for wireless sensor & ad-hoc networks and Internet of Things (IoT) networks. Even though the ZigBee standard was formed with security in mind and lower consumption of power, still
