Dynamical systems and fractional differential equations can be modeled using variable-order differential operators. In this study, the dynamics of a variable-order fractional Lorenz–Lü–Chen system with variable-order and constant-order derivatives are ...

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Una demostración no usual en Geometría
We'l/ show a coincidence on resultsfrom the next two perspectives. To do it, we'l/ use an elementary geometry exerci se. First, we'll transformate it from a decimal number to a fraction , and we'll sum them (approximation method). Second, we'l/ base on

Bounds for the Second Hankel Determinant and Its Inverse in Specific Function Classes
This paper presents a newly defined subclass of analytic functions and explores several significant properties within the class, which use for their definitions the q-analogues of the derivative and the subordinations. Thus, we tried to connect different

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

Fractional Calculus in Epigenetics: Modelling DNA Methylation Dynamics Using Mittag–Leffler Function
DNA methylation is an epigenetic modification where a methyl group is added to a DNA molecule, typically at the cytosine base within a CpG dinucleotide. This process can influence gene expression without changing the underlying DNA sequence. Essentially,

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.
