Efficient Approximate Online Convolutional Dictionary Learning

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Computational Imaging, 2023
Most existing convolutional dictionary learning (CDL) algorithms are based on batch learning, where the dictionary filters and the convolutional sparse representations are optimized in an alternating manner using a training dataset. When large training datasets are used, batch CDL algorithms become prohibitively memory-intensive.

Online convolutional dictionary learning for multimodal imaging [PDF]

open access: yes2017 IEEE International Conference on Image Processing (ICIP), 2017
Computational imaging methods that can exploit multiple modalities have the potential to enhance the capabilities of traditional sensing systems. In this paper, we propose a new method that reconstructs multimodal images from their linear measurements by exploiting redundancies across different modalities.
