The Fourier–Riemann Unity Theorem: Spectral Identity and the Ontological Closure of Arithmetic

This paper introduces and proves the Fourier–Riemann Unity Theorem (FRUT) within the framework of Spectral Ontology (SO). It demonstrates that the nontrivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function arise as the real spectrum of a self-adjoint operator constructed via harmonic synthesis between the Fourier and Mellin domains. Loss of LCN2 Function Ameliorates Glucocorticoid‐Induced Muscle Atrophy via Remodeling the Extracellular Matrix

Glucocorticoids transcriptionally activate LCN2 expression via GR nuclear translocation. Secreted LCN2 binds MMP9 to degrade skeletal muscle ECM collagen, blocks integrin‐mediated mechanotransduction, bidirectionally disrupts muscle protein homeostasis, and reveals a novel target for steroid‐induced muscle atrophy.
