Indications for oocyte donation

Human Reproduction, 1992
Donated oocytes were transferred on 92 occasions to 87 women without gonadal function and 5 with functional ovaries. Twenty-three pregnancies were established (25% pregnancy rate), 9 after transfer of fresh embryos in 30 synchronous donor and recipient cycles and 14 after transfers of frozen-thawed embryos in 62 asynchronous donor and recipient cycles.

Oocyte donation in 61 patients

International Journal of Gynecology & Obstetrics, 1989
Oocyte donation was performed by gamete intrafallopian transfer in 61 women, 34 of whom were amenorrhoeic. The mean age of the donors was 32 years (range 23-38). Seventy-five treatment cycles gave 29 clinical pregnancies, of which 21 reached term, 3 continue, and 5 were lost (3 miscarriages, 1 tubal, and 1 cervical).

Ovarian response in oocyte donation cycles under LH suppression with GnRH antagonist or desogestrel progestin: retrospective and comparative study

Gynecological Endocrinology, 2019
Here are investigated the serum hormones in ovarian stimulation cycles of oocyte donors (OD), under endogenous luteinizing hormone (LH) suppression with GnRH antagonist (antGnRH) vs. desogestrel (DSG) (progesterone-primed [PP]).
