目的 オープンエンド精紡において, 新たなむらを発生することなくスライバーをドラフトして分離し, その連続性を絶つ場合, スライバー軸方向に関して1次元的な理想分離を行なうのに必要な最低限のドラフト比を求める.またフロントローラーより送り出されたスライバーを気流によって吸引し, 実際の分離状態を観察する. 成果 (1) スライバーの分離を『一定区間において少なくとも1箇所, 繊維間に重なりがないこと』と定義し, 等長繊維スライバーおよび繊維長分布のあるスライバーについてドラフト比と分離確率との関係を求めた. (2) 繊維長3cmの等長繊維スライバーおよび繊維長が平均3cm, 分散σ2=1cm2の正規分布をなすスライパーについて, 平均断面繊維本数100本としたとき, 区間10cm間で少なくとも1箇所・

Air jet driving and supporting devices were tested for a high speed open-end spinning frame . Two types of rotors were prepared : the upper fluting rotor and the under fluting rotor. Each rotor was driven by air jet impinging upon the fluting directly from the nozzles prepared on the inner surfaces of a stator.

目的 回転バスケットを用いたオープンエンド精紡の可能性を知るため, 装置を試作し, 糸形成状態および紡出糸の性質を調べる. 成果 (1) 2.43sの綿粗糸をファンで分離し, 5000rPmで回転する円錐形孔あきバスケットに輸送して, 25.8sの糸を紡出した. (2) 分離輸送された繊維の大部分は, バスケットの大直径部に集まり, ほぼバスケット円周方向に配列しやすい.これらの繊維は, 糸端につかまれながら扇状に集束され, リボン撚がかけられる. (3) 紡出糸は, 糸むら, 強伸度の点で劣るが, やわらかくかさ高い. (4) 糸中での繊維配列は悪く, 屈曲繊維も多い.

Spin density wave in organic ferromagnets with open ends was studied and the results were compared with that in a closed organic ferromagnet ring. It was found that an end-open chain structure is unfavorable for the formation of the ferromagnetic ground.
