Approximation by multivariate Kantorovich-Kotelnikov operators
Approximation properties of multivariate Kantorovich-Kotelnikov type operators generated by different band-limited functions are studied. In particular, a wide class of functions with discontinuous Fourier transform is considered.

Abstract Quantifying the structure and dynamics of species interactions in ecological communities is fundamental to studying ecology and evolution. While there are numerous approaches to analysing ecological networks, there is not yet an approach that can (1) quantify dissimilarity in the global structure of ecological networks that range from ...

Asymptotic Properties for a General Class of Szász–Mirakjan–Durrmeyer Operators
ABSTRACT In this paper, we introduce a general family of Szász–Mirakjan–Durrmeyer type operators depending on an integer parameter j∈ℤ$$ j\in \mathbb{Z} $$. They can be viewed as a generalization of the Szász–Mirakjan–Durrmeyer operators, Phillips operators, and corresponding Kantorovich modifications of higher order.

ABSTRACT To enhance the techno‐economic performance and robustness of multi‐microgrids (MMG) systems, this paper proposes a two‐stage bi‐level collaborative optimisation strategy integrating energy sharing and price incentives. In the day‐ahead stage, the shared energy storage operator (SESO) at the upper level employs conditional Wasserstein ...

Curved Noncommutative Tori as Leibniz Quantum Compact Metric Spaces
We prove that curved noncommutative tori, introduced by Dabrowski and Sitarz, are Leibniz quantum compact metric spaces and that they form a continuous family over the group of invertible matrices with entries in the commutant of the quantum tori in the ...

Identification and estimation of continuous‐time dynamic discrete choice games
This paper considers the theoretical, computational, and econometric properties of continuous‐time dynamic discrete choice games with stochastically sequential moves, introduced by Arcidiacono, Bayer, Blevins, and Ellickson (2016). We consider identification of the rate of move arrivals, which was assumed to be known in previous work, as well as a ...

Convergence rates for upwind schemes with rough coefficients
This paper is concerned with the numerical analysis of the explicit upwind finite volume scheme for numerically solving continuity equations. We are interested in the case where the advecting velocity field has spatial Sobolev regularity and initial data

ABSTRACT In this paper, we introduce bivariate modified sampling Kantorovich operators, which extend the classical sampling Kantorovich operators by incorporating a transformation function ρ$$ \rho $$. The paper begins by presenting essential definitions, including to introduce new bivariate weighted modulus of continuity, and its fundamental ...

Some new Young type inequalities
In this paper, we gave some generalized Young type inequalities due to Zuo and Li [J. Math. Inequal., 16 (2022), 1169-1178], and we also presented a new Young type inequality.

Approximation by ψ‐Baskakov‐Kantorovich Operators
ABSTRACT In this paper, we introduce a new family of Baskakov‐Kantorovich operators that depend on a function ψ$$ \psi $$. We compare these new ψ$$ \psi $$‐Baskakov‐Kantorovich operators with the classical Baskakov‐Kantorovich operators to evaluate their approximation results.
