Characterizing Perinatal Treatment Patterns and Outcomes in Myasthenia Gravis

open access: yesMuscle &Nerve, Volume 73, Issue 2, Page 269-276, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Introduction/Aims Studies on pregnancy in myasthenia gravis (MG) are limited by small sample sizes or examine a limited number of outcomes. The objective of this study was to estimate the prevalence of perinatal and infant outcomes and characterize perinatal treatment patterns in MG.

Model‐Based Meta‐Analysis With MonolixSuite: A Tutorial for Longitudinal Categorical and Continuous Data

open access: yesCPT: Pharmacometrics &Systems Pharmacology, Volume 15, Issue 2, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Model‐based meta‐analysis (MBMA) informs key drug development decisions by integrating data, published or unpublished, from multiple studies. Due to these various sources of information and the use of summary‐level data (e.g., mean responses over treatment arms or percent responders), MBMA models require careful implementation.

Addressing Known Challenges in Solar Flare Forecasting I: Limb‐Flare Prediction With a 4π Full‐Heliosphere Framework

open access: yesSpace Weather, Volume 24, Issue 2, February 2026.
Abstract A demonstrated failure mode for operational solar flare forecasting is the inability to forecast flares that occur near, or just beyond, the solar limb. To address this shortcoming, we develop a “4π $4{\uppi }$” full‐heliosphere event forecasting framework and evaluate its statistical classification ability against this specific challenge.

Patient‐centered priorities in endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain: A mixed‐methods and thematic analysis of intake narratives

open access: yesActa Obstetricia et Gynecologica Scandinavica, Volume 105, Issue 2, Page 356-367, February 2026.
Patient‐reported goals at the time of specialist referral for endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain vary by age and disease phenotype. Fertility, education, and quality of life shift in importance across life stages, underscoring the need for individualized, patient‐centered care pathways.

A randomised controlled trial on cross‐linking protocols for the treatment of progressive keratoconus using isoosmolar and hypoosmolar riboflavin with the addition of sterile water in thin corneae

open access: yesActa Ophthalmologica, Volume 104, Issue 1, Page e63-e74, February 2026.
Abstract Purpose To present the outcomes of a randomised clinical trial for the treatment of progressive keratoconus using different kinds of riboflavin and the addition of sterile water in thin corneae. Methods A randomised study using epithelium‐off corneal cross‐linking (CXL) with continuous UVA irradiance 9 mW/cm2 for 10 min (total fluence 5.4 J ...
