Embracing Complexity in HRM Research: A Call for System and Process Perspectives
ABSTRACT Human resource management (HRM) is inherently complex. It involves systems of principles, practices, and activities operating at individual, group, organizational, and macro levels, which are interlinked through complex processes. Yet, empirical research has not kept pace with this conceptual richness.

Bidirectional photo response in a two‐dimensional heterojunction photodetector controlled by light wavelength and polarization. Abstract Polarization is one of the most fundamental properties of light. Traditional polarization‐sensitive photodetectors, however, are limited in their ability to fully extract this information, as they translate the two ...

Low-repetition-rate optical frequency comb
Reducing the pulse repetition rate of an optical frequency comb increases the pulse energy for a given average power. This enhances the efficiency of nonlinear frequency conversion and it facilitates extending the accessible wavelength range, for example, into the extreme ultraviolet (XUV).
