A Flexible Poling‐Free Piezoelectric Energy Harvester Based on Gradient Ti‐Doped BiFeO3 Films

ENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
A self‐aligned polarization is realized in compositional gradient Ti‐doped BiFeO3 films via the formation of defect dipoles and strain gradient. The self‐poling behavior is robust to resist high electric field and elevated temperature. The fabricated poling‐free piezoelectric energy harvester delivers output comparable to the poled ones.

Self‐Powered Diamond Homojunction Photodetectors for Stable Ultraviolet Sensing Under High Temperatures

In this work, we report an unintentionally doped/boron‐doped diamond homojunction ultraviolet photodetector grown by microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition. The device achieves self‐powered ultraviolet detection with negligible performance degradation even at temperatures of up to 250°C.

Application of GAN–CNN in Risk Assessment of Pipeline Failures in Multiphase Pipeline With Image Information Encoding Approach

Field data from multiphase pipelines are transformed into grayscale images via Image Information Encoding, preserving feature values and interparameter relationships. A GAN–CNN model generates synthetic images that are decoded to expand the original database.
