Background Magnetoencephalography (MEG) is an established method used to detect and localize focal interictal epileptiform discharges (IEDs). Current MEG systems house hundreds of cryogenic sensors in a rigid, one-size-fits-all helmet, which results in ...

Multi‐doped (Na+, Mg2+, Zn2+, CO32‐) hydroxyapatite/ferrite composites were synthesized via a one‐stage method. These “smart” materials exhibit high microhardness (3.28 GPa), potent antimicrobial activity, and membrane‐stabilizing effects, reducing erythrocyte hemolysis by up to 25%.

Abstract The afternoon detached auroral arc is an important phenomenon in the subauroral region, reflecting coupling processes between the Earth's magnetosphere and ionosphere. Previous studies have not identified fine‐scale structures in such arcs, leaving the dynamics underlying their formation poorly understood.

Towards Multi-Class Optically Pumped Magnetometer-Based Brain-Computer Interfaces
Magnetoencephalography (MEG) using optically pumped magnetometers (OPMs) offers several advantages over electroencephalography (EEG) and superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID)-based MEG, including improved spatial resolution and versatility.

Study of ³He Rabi nutations by optically-pumped cesium magnetometers
We describe a method for recording the Rabi nutation of nuclear spin polarized ³He by optically pumped cesium magnetometers. The measurement is performed by detecting the time-dependent magnetic field produced by the 3He magnetization.
