Detection rate for ESR1 mutations is higher in circulating‐tumor‐cell‐derived genomic DNA than in paired plasma cell‐free DNA samples as revealed by ddPCR

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Analysis of ESR1 mutations in plasma cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) is highly important for the selection of treatment in patients with breast cancer. Using multiplex‐ddPCR and identical blood draws, we investigated whether circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and cfDNA provide similar or complementary information for ESR1 mutations.

Performance of the square root information filter for navigation of the Mariner 10 spacecraft [PDF]

open access: yes
The use is described of a sequential least squares filter in the orbit determination for the Mariner Venus-Mercury (Mariner 10) spacecraft. The orbit determination strategy outlining the use of both the sequential filter and a conventional batch filter ...

KMT2A degradation is observed in decitabine‐responsive acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We demonstrate that decitabine (DEC) not only degrades the DNA methyltransferase DNMT1 but also the leukemic driver lysine methyltransferase KMT2A likely due to structural similarity of the DNA‐binding CXXC domains. DEC influences KMT2A downstream processes and synergizes with menin inhibitor revumenib (REV) to decrease leukemic cell proliferation, and

Realtime Precise Orbit Determination Technology for LEO Mega-Constellation

open access: yes天地一体化信息网络
Supported by GNSS, it analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of solving LEO satellite orbit on the ground or onboard the satellites. The high-fidelity non-conservative force models were applied to the real-time orbit determination algorithm. To separate

Low thrust orbit determination program [PDF]

open access: yes
Logical flow and guidelines are provided for the construction of a low thrust orbit determination computer program. The program, tentatively called FRACAS (filter response analysis for continuously accelerating spacecraft), is capable of generating a ...

Spin and orbital Edelstein effect in spin-orbit coupled noncentrosymmetric superconductor [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
Superconductors without inversion symmetry can exhibit a non-zero magnetization when a supercurrent is present, leading to non-dissipative magnetoelectric effects. Here, we focus on understanding the relation between the spin and orbital properties of these effects in conventional spin-singlet noncentrosymmetric superconductors with orbital Rashba ...

Orbit Maneuver of Spinning Tether via Tidal Force [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2014
Recently, the spinning tethered system is regarded as a typical and fundamental space structure attracting great interest of the aerospace engineers, and has been discussed primarily for specific space missions in past decades, including on-orbit capture and propellantless orbit transfer etc.

Polyfunctional CD8+CD226+RUNX2hi effector T cells are diminished in advanced stages of chronic lymphocytic leukemia

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
CD226+CD8+ T cells express elevated levels of RUNX2, exhibit higher proliferation capacity, cytokines and cytolytic molecules expression, and migratory capacity. In contrast, CD226−CD8+ T cells display an exhausted phenotype associated with the increased expression of co‐inhibitory receptors and impaired effector functions.
