Determining the influence on orbit prediction based on uncertainties in atmospheric models [PDF]
Orbit prediction and knowing its uncertainties is a key part in planning collision avoidance maneuvers or conducting re-entry estimations. For high accuracy forecasts numerical propagators are used.

FDLSTM: A satellite orbit prediction model with frequency-domain feature fusion
Current satellite orbit prediction methodologies confront significant challenges. Physical models struggle due to the complexity of the space environment, and deep learning approaches often lack rigorous analysis regarding their viability for on-orbit ...

Identification of the plant mitochondrial OrfX protein: A mass spectrometry approach
The mitochondrial genome of plants contains an open reading frame, orfx, which encodes a rare protein that has so far escaped mass spectrometric detection. The protein resembles the c‐subunit of bacterial twin‐arginine‐motif‐dependent protein translocases (TatC).

Geosynchronous synthetic aperture radar: design and applications [PDF]
Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imaging from geosynchronous orbit has significant potential advantages over conventional low-Earth orbit (LEO) radars, but also challenges to overcome.

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

An empirical model of long-term thermospheric density change [PDF]
Predicting the positions of satellites in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) requires a comprehensive understanding of the dynamic nature of the atmosphere. For objects in LEO the most significant orbit perturbation is atmospheric drag, which is a function of the ...

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

Impact of Orbit Prediction Accuracy on Low Earth Remote Sensing Flight Dynamics Operations [PDF]
This paper addresses the problem of orbit prediction and its impact on flight dynamics operations. In general, certain knowledge of the satellites orbit is necessary to design and implement a ground-in-the-loop orbit control system.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.
