Determination of GPS orbits to submeter accuracy [PDF]
Orbits for satellites of the Global Positioning System (GPS) were determined with submeter accuracy. Tests used to assess orbital accuracy include orbit comparisons from independent data sets, orbit prediction, ground baseline determination, and formal ...

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

Digital Twin-Driven TLE Error Correction for Precise LEO Satellite Orbit Prediction
Low earth orbit (LEO) satellite orbit prediction is one of the key measures to compensate for position errors and ensure position accuracy, which plays an important role in the aerospace communication network for undertaking functions such as routing ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Orbit Predictions for CHAMP and GRACE
The orbit prediction system of GFZ is an indispensable tool for Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) stations tracking the satellites CHAMP, GRACE-A/B, and TerraSAR-X, for providing orbit information for initial processing of mission data, and for the purpose of mission operations.

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Dormant cancer cells can hide in distant organs for years, evading treatment and the immune system. This review highlights how signals from the surrounding tissue and immune environment keep these cells inactive or trigger their reawakening. Understanding these mechanisms may help develop therapies to eliminate or control dormant cells and prevent ...

An Improved Laplace Satellite Tracking Method Based on the Kalman Filter
When photoelectric measuring equipment is used to track satellites, the extraction of the short-term or long-term target often fails because the target is weak, clouds block the target, and/or the sun’s angle is too small, resulting in the loss of the ...
