Understanding reliability of the observer-reported communication ability measure within Angelman syndrome through the lens of generalizability theory

open access: yesJournal of Patient-Reported Outcomes
Aims Caregivers rate improved communication ability as one of the most desired outcomes for successful interventions for individuals with Angelman syndrome (AS). When measuring communication ability in clinical trials, the reliability of such measures is

Stretchable Energy Storage with Eutectic Gallium Indium Alloy

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, Volume 15, Issue 11, March 18, 2025.
A highly stretchable liquid metal‐based electrode is developed via a one‐step process, retaining conductivity and capacitance after mechanical deformation up to 900% strain. The stretchable all‐solid‐state device provides a areal energy density of 43 µWh cm⁻2 after 150% strain.

Role of Graphene Oxide in the Nucleation and Growth of Gold Nanoparticles Revealed by Operando Time‐Resolved Studies

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
Graphene oxide accelerates AuCl4− reduction under irradiation and directs edge‐selective nucleation and quasi‐one‐dimensional organization of gold nanoparticles at oxygen‐rich boundaries. Operando SAXS and UV–vis spectroscopy, supported by pulse radiolysis and DFT, reveal how progressive conversion of GO to rGO removes interfacial constraints, shifting

Multi‐modal Operando Analysis of Lithium–Sulfur Batteries: A Comparative Study on the Influence of Electrolyte Composition

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
The influence of different electrolytes on Lithium–sulfur batteries is investigated. Multimodal operando analysis, including Raman, UV–vis, and Impedance spectroscopy is used to study degradation mechanisms. The solubility of polysulfides in the electrolyte is crucial for battery capacity and lifetime.

Phase II Study of Posttransplant Cyclophosphamide‐Based Graft‐Versus‐Host Disease Prophylaxis After HLA‐Mismatched Unrelated Donor Reduced Intensity Transplantation: Results From the ACCESS Trial Expansion Cohort

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Hematology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Posttransplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy) to prevent graft‐versus‐host disease (GVHD) improves outcomes in recipients of HLA mismatched unrelated donor (MMUD) allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (allo HCT). Outcomes of MMUD HCT using PTCy in patients requiring reduced intensity or non‐myeloablative conditioning (RIC/NMA) are not well ...
