The periodic problem for semilinear differential inclusions in Banach spaces [PDF]
summary:Sufficient conditions on the existence of periodic solutions for semilinear differential inclusions are given in general Banach space. In our approach we apply the technique of the translation operator along trajectories. Due to recent results it

Under suitable assumptions, trajectories of semilinear control systems in Banach spaces corresponding to relaxed controls can be uniformly approximated by trajectories corresponding to ordinary controls.

Abstract This research develop the existence of solutions for a nonlinear third order ordinary differential equation with non-separated multi-point and nonlocal Riemann-Stieltjes boundary conditions. Standard tools of fixed point theorems are applied to prove the existence and uniquness results for the problem at hand.

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.

Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Multiple Bounded Solutions of Differential Inclusions: The Nielsen Theory Approach
The generalized Nielsen number is defined for self–maps, which are composed by operators with Rδ-values, on compact connected ANRs. Then it is applied to Carathéodory differential inclusions with constraints for obtaining the multiplicity criteria.

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.
