Cobalt‐Catalyzed C(sp3)H Carbonylation Enabled by Mo(CO)6
Cobalt‐catalyzed carbonylative C(sp3)H cyclization of aliphatic amides using Mo(CO)6 as a solid CO surrogate enables efficient access to substituted succinimides under operationally simple conditions. The carbonylation of unactivated C(sp3)H bonds represents an attractive strategy for the synthesis of valuable carbonyl‐containing compounds.
