Extreme conditional quantile estimation for time series
Abstract We consider the estimation of an extreme conditional quantile QY(1−p|x0)$$ {Q}_Y\left(1-p|{x}_0\right) $$ for a heavy‐tailed distribution in the case of a strictly stationary time series (Xt,Yt)t∈ℤ$$ {\left({X}_t,{Y}_t\right)}_{t\in \mathbb{Z}} $$. Here, QY(·|x0)$$ {Q}_Y\left(\cdotp |{x}_0\right) $$ denotes the conditional quantile function of

Exit dynamics from organic certification in Quebec
Abstract In Quebec, organic‐certification exits remained persistently high at 5% –7% annually over 2021–2025, while entries fell sharply from 10.8% to 3.4%. By 2025, exits exceeded entries for the first time, contracting the certified stock and reversing a decade of expansion.

A novel airbrush‐based in vitro sebum secretion model enables predictive assessment of foundation colour shift. Artificial sebum was applied at a physiologically relevant amount and 3 h post‐foundation application. Our results showed strong alignment with consumer perception and revealed the dominance of drying‐phase dynamics in foundation colour shift.
