Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, 2011 Organophosphate poisoning during pregnancy is rarely reported in the literature. In our retrospective study, we report the outcome of 21 cases of organophosphate poisoning during pregnancy. All patients received atropine injection until the tracheobronchial tree is cleared of the secretions and most secretions were dried.
