The synthesis and spectral characterization of the novel organotin complexes [SnBu2(ten)] (1) and [SnBu2(Hten)(2)] (2) or the potent and widely used anti-inflammatory drug tenoxicam (H(2)ten) are reported. A crystal-structure determination of 1 showed that, in this complex, the ligand is doubly deprotonated at the hydroxy O-atom and the amide N atom ...

Intramolecular (RO)2PO→Halogen interaction versus intermolecular (RO)2PO···HOH hydrogen bonds. Although the O···I distance is shorter than the sum of the van der Waals radii of the atoms involved, there is no covalency involved in this interaction.

Durable Biofouling‐Resistant Coated Fabric Based on Aerogel/Polyurethane for Marine Applications
A multilayer composite protective fabric (PUC‐CME/KF) is developed by integrating carboxymethyl chitosan/coral extract aerogel and capsaicin‐loaded polyurethane onto a knitted substrate. The material exhibits exceptional extensibility (1963% elongation at break) and sustained capsaicin release.

Synthesis of Sulfur Heterocycles by Palladium‐Catalyzed Cyclization
In spite of the well‐known palladium thiophilicity, sulfur‐containing acyclic substrates may efficiently undergo several different kinds of palladium‐catalyzed cyclization processes leading to highly important sulfur heterocycles in one synthetic step. Advances in this challenging and stimulating field of research are presented in this review.
