Molecular determinants of signal transduction in tropomyosin receptor kinases
Tropomyosin receptor kinases control critical neuronal functions, but how do the same receptors produce diverse cellular responses? This review explores the structural mechanisms behind Trk signaling diversity, focusing on allosteric modulation and ligand bias.

Making the best of mixed-field orientation of polar molecules: A recipe for achieving adiabatic dynamics in an electrostatic field combined with laser pulses [PDF]
We have experimentally and theoretically investigated the mixed-field orientation of rotational-state-selected OCS molecules and we achieve strong degrees of alignment and orientation.

Tandem VHH targeting distinct EGFR epitopes were engineered into a monovalent bispecific antibody (7D12‐EGA1‐Fc) with more potent ADCC without increasing affinity to EGFR. Structural modeling of 7D12‐EGA1‐Fc showed cross‐linking of separate EGFR domains to enhance CD16a engagement on NK cells.

Prevention of moral weakness in cognitive psychology with emphasis on the theories of Piaget, Kalberg and Bandura [PDF]
Moral weakness is one of the important issues of the psychology of ethics, which deals with why and how the gap between knowledge and moral action appears. In a comprehensive definition, this phenomenon can be considered as a conscious action against the

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

Orientation-Constrained Rectangular Layouts
We construct partitions of rectangles into smaller rectangles from an input consisting of a planar dual graph of the layout together with restrictions on the orientations of edges and junctions of the layout. Such an orientation-constrained layout, if it

This paper deals with the range of vector-valued measures. The main purpose is to clarify the well-known Lyapunov convexity theorem for vector-valued measures on a real interval \([a,b]\). A vector measure \(\mu=(\mu_1,\dots,\mu_n)\) on \([a,b]\) is an oriented measure if it is nonatomic and if for each \(k\)-tuple \((1\leq k\leq n)\) of disjoint ...

Visual Recovery Reflects Cortical MeCP2 Sensitivity in Rett Syndrome
ABSTRACT Objective Rett syndrome (RTT) is a devastating neurodevelopmental disorder with developmental regression affecting motor, sensory, and cognitive functions. Sensory disruptions contribute to the complex behavioral and cognitive difficulties and represent an important target for therapeutic interventions.
