Analysis of polarization orientation angle based on scattering mechanisms [PDF]
The complexity of polarization orientation angle induced by scatterings from buildings and distributed media will be investigated. We will look into 1) the estimation algorithm, 2) The double bounce scattering from building walls not aligned in the along-track direction and 3) the orientation angle associated with very high-resolution PolSAR images ...

Conserved binding mode but diverse interfaces of MreC‐PBP2 interactions
The crystal structure of abMreC reveals a conserved two β‐barrel architecture and provides structural insights into its role within the bacterial elongasome. The abMreC–abPBP2 complex model identifies the molecular basis of MreC‐mediated PBP2 recognition, contributing to the regulation of peptidoglycan synthesis.

Effects of Cytoskeletal Orientations on Deformation of a Cell Residing in a Collagen Gel Construct
The effects of cytoskeleton orientation angle on strain transmission from a tissue to a cell and its internal cytoskeletons were investigated by using a model where a cell was integrated in a tissue that assumes a collagen gel construct.

Smaller is better: nanobodies meet NMR
Nanobodies are single‐domain antigen‐binding fragments derived from camelid heavy chain antibodies. Their small size, high stability, and exceptional specificity make nanobodies uniquely useful probes for NMR studies of protein dynamics, transient conformational states, and protein–protein interactions.

GelMA‐based 3D spheroids recapitulate transcriptomic and functional hallmarks of myeloid sarcoma
GelMA 5% hydrogels support the formation of myeloid leukemia spheroids that recapitulate MS‐specific features, including G1 arrest, apoptosis, and ECM‐driven transcriptomic reprogramming. The 3D model mimicked soft‐tissue‐like stiffness and oxygen conditions, and transcriptomic convergence with primary MS samples confirmed its utility as a preclinical ...

Comparative assessment of crystallographic and cryo‐EM models in the Protein Data Bank
Raw data obtained by X‐ray crystallography or cryo‐EM result in experimental maps, ultimately fitted by atomic models. Although the physical principles are different, the final results can be viewed, compared, and evaluated in the same way. With cryogenic electron microscopy (cryo‐EM) on track to surpass X‐ray crystallography as the preferred method ...
