Ο αφηρωισμός του Ρήσου, που προαναγγέλλεται από τα χείλη της Μούσας στο τέλος του έργου, συνυφαίνεται με σημαντικές αναφορές σε γνωστές «ορφικο-διονυσιακές» αντιλήψεις.
