Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

ABSTRACT Objective Accurate localization of epileptogenic tubers (ETs) in patients with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is essential but challenging, as these tubers lack distinct pathological or genetic markers to differentiate them from other cortical tubers.

A note on free divergence-free vector fields
We exhibit an orthonormal basis of cyclic gradients and a (non-orthogonal) basis of the homogeneous free divergence-free vector field on the full Fock space and determine the dimension of Voiculescu’s free divergence-free vector field of degree $k$ or ...

Orthogonal Neighborhood Preserving Projections [PDF]
Orthogonal neighborhood preserving projections (ONPP) is a linear dimensionality reduction technique which attempts to preserve both the intrinsic neighborhood geometry of the data samples and the global geometry. The proposed technique constructs a weighted data graph where the weights are constructed in a data-driven fashion, similarly to locally ...

Complementarity of Long‐Reads and Optical Mapping in Parkinson's Disease for Structural Variants
ABSTRACT Objective Long‐read sequencing and optical genome mapping technologies have the ability to detect large and complex structural variants. This has led to the discovery of novel pathogenic variants in neurodegenerative movement disorders. Thus, we aimed to systematically compare the SV detection capabilities of OGM and ONT in Parkinson's disease.

Three-by-three bound entanglement with general unextendible product bases
We discuss the subject of Unextendible Product Bases with the orthogonality condition dropped and we prove that the lowest rank non-separable positive-partial-transpose states, i.e.

Projective Spaces as Orthogonal Modular Varieties
We construct $16$ reflection groups $ $ acting on symmetric domains $\mathcal{D}$ of Cartan type IV, for which the graded algebras of modular forms are freely generated by forms of the same weight, and in particular the Satake--Baily--Borel compactification of $\mathcal{D} / $ is isomorphic to a projective space.

Effect of Oxygen Content on Surface and Subsurface Integrity During Turning of Ti–6Al–4V
This study examines how oxygen content in the ambient atmosphere affects the surface and subsurface properties of Ti–6Al–4V during turning. Results show that oxygen does not influence surface roughness. However, machining in an extremely high vacuum‐adequate atmosphere increases surface hardness by up to 7.8% and induces compressive residual stresses ...
