BUILDING THE AIR DEFENSE COVERT INFORMATION AND MEASURING SYSTEM BASED ON ORTHOGONAL CHAOTIC SIGNALS
The subject matter of the paper is a covert information and measuring system based on orthogonal chaotic signals. The goal of the work is to synthesize a covert information measuring system built on the basis of orthogonal chaotic signals.

Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and plasma cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) were analyzed to detect ESR1 mutations and methylation in patients with advanced breast cancer. CTC‐derived DNA showed higher sensitivity for mutation detection and revealed complementary genetic and epigenetic alterations, highlighting the added value of CTC analysis for understanding ...

ESTIMATION BY THE PICK FACTOR OF BROADBAND SIGNALS IN THE BASIS OF THE FUNNY LEGGER
Recently, in a number of works devoted to the synthesis and processing of complex signals, along with the trigonometric basis, other orthogonal bases are also used.

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...

Four Wave Mixing-Based Time Lens for Orthogonal Polarized Input Signals
We present highly efficient time-lenses for orthogonal polarized signal waves with a specific state of polarization. Our four-wave mixing based time-lenses exploit polarization mode dispersion to compensate for chromatic dispersion.

Feedback communication using orthogonal signals [PDF]
We consider a feedback communication system in which the forward and feedback channels are disturbed by additive noise and constrained in average power. Two block coding schemes are proposed in which the signals are orthogonal waveforms. A finite number of forward and feedback transmissions per message is made.
