VEGFR‐2 signaling in OSCC activates Src–STAT6‐dependent CSF2 transcription, driving tumor‐derived GM‐CSF secretion. GM‐CSF programs neutrophils to express PD‐L1 through STAT5–mTOR/S6K signaling, suppressing cytotoxic CD8+ T cells. This pathway reveals a tumor–neutrophil immune checkpoint circuit that limits anti‐PD‐1 responsiveness in OSCC.

The CS1 segment of fibronectin is involved in human OSCC pathogenesis by mediating OSCC cell spreading, migration, and invasion [PDF]
Background The alternatively spliced V region or type III connecting segment III (IIICS) of fibronectin is important in early development, wound healing, and tumorigenesis, however, its role in oral cancer has not been fully investigated.

An m6A‐modified circRNA, circPSMB1, is identified as a tumor suppressor in chordoma. METTL3‐dependent m6A promotes circPSMB1 interaction with HNRNPA2B1, limiting c‐MYC expression and malignant progression. An injectable HMnO2‐based nanohydrogel enables local circPSMB1 delivery and tumor microenvironment‐responsive therapy, offering a promising strategy

Role of Ki-67, Cyclin D1, and p53 in Early Diagnosis and in the Prognosis of Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma: A Cross-sectional Study Research Protocol [PDF]
Introduction: Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma (OSCC) accounts for more than 90% of all oral cancers. It is among the top three cancers in India, along with cervical and breast cancer. Oral Epithelial Dysplasia (OED) represents a premalignant lesion that can
