Adequate thickness of the uterine lining is crucial for women with thin or damaged endometrium to achieve pregnancies. Endometrial mesenchymal stem cells (eMSC) can facilitate the cyclical repair and regeneration of the human endometrium. In this study, the human endometrium derived extracellular matrix hydrogel supports the growth of eMSC promoting ...

Visualization of Notch signaling oscillation in cells and tissues.
The Notch signaling effectors Hes1 and Hes7 exhibit oscillatory expression with a period of about 2-3 h during embryogenesis. Hes1 oscillation is important for proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells, whereas Hes7 oscillation regulates periodic formation of somites.

Biocompatible Multifunctional Polymeric Material for Mineralized Tissue Adhesion
A multifunctional thiol‐ene resin system is developed that provides a strong adhesive interface with dentin while maintaining biocompatibility with dental pulp cells. The addition of an acidic monomer to a triacrylate‐trithiol‐based resin achieves over 10 MPa shear bond strength by reinforcing the hybrid interface.

At the Pointy End of Mechanobiology: AFM for Transient Biomechanical Analysis
Stem cell mechanosensitivity governs lineage commitment through mechanotransduction, but capturing these transient changes in living cells remains challenging. Advanced atomic force microscopy enables high‐resolution analysis of mechanical properties, real‐time protein distribution, and gene expression, offering fresh insights into cell‐environment ...
