Schematic illustration of the experimental design for evaluating the protective effects of Oviductus Ranae (OR) against cyclophosphamide (CTX)‐induced premature ovarian failure (POF) in rats. Female Wistar rats were intraperitoneally injected with CTX (100 mg/kg on Day 0, followed by 10 mg/kg daily) for 14–16 days to establish the POF model.

Cellular Senescence and Aging: Mechanisms, Disease Convergence, and Therapeutic Frontiers
This schematic illustrates the hierarchical and interconnected nature of the primary molecular hallmarks of aging. The progression of aging is driven by a convergence of intrinsic molecular insults. Within the nucleus, genomic instability and telomere attrition trigger persistent DDR, accompanied by extensive epigenetic alterations.

In a large multicenter cohort, a low serum calcium‐to‐potassium (Ca/K) ratio (< 0.55) in the third trimester was a novel risk factor for postpartum venous thromboembolism (VTE). This association was partly explained by concomitant variations in hemoglobin and D‐dimer levels, pointing to integrated management of electrolytes and anemia for postpartum ...

ABSTRACT Purpose Prevalence of breast cancer (BC) increases with age, but the external validity of data obtained from pivotal trials of medicinal products remains a concern due to the underrepresentation of frail and older adults. Cyclin‐dependent kinase inhibitors (CDKi), palbociclib, abemaciclib, and ribociclib are considered an essential part of the
