Compact Capacitance Model for OTFTs at Low and Medium Frequencies
10.1109/TED.2013.2295772 We present a compact capacitance model for organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs), which is valid not only in the accumulation regime but also in the partial and total depletion regimes. The parameters applied in the model are analytically extracted from the current-voltage characteristics of the devices, using a previously ...

Enhanced P3HT OTFT Transport Performance Using Double Gate Modulation Scheme
Electrical properties of single-gated (bottom-gated or top-gated) and double-gated (DG) organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) are systematically investigated in terms of threshold voltage (V(th)), subthreshold slope, and I(ON)/(OFF).

Improved performance for OTFT with HfTiO2 as gate dielectric by N2O annealing [PDF]
OTFTs with HfTiO 2 as gate dielectric have been successfully fabricated. The devices show small threshold voltage and subthreshold slope, and thus are suitable for low-voltage and low-power applications.

Benchmarking Digital Logic Styles For High Performance OTFT Circuits
Organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) have experienced substantial growth in usage in the past three decades. Unlike silicon(Si) circuits, in which complementary logic is the mainstream circuit style, the choice of logic style for organic semiconductors ...
