Zero‐Shot Self‐Supervised Learning of Single Breath‐Hold Magnetic Resonance Cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) Reconstruction

open access: yesMagnetic Resonance in Medicine, Volume 96, Issue 4, Page 1666-1681, October 2026.
ABSTRACT Purpose To investigate the feasibility of zero‐shot self‐supervised learning reconstruction for reducing breath‐hold times in magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP). Methods Breath‐hold MRCP was acquired from 11 healthy volunteers on 3T scanners using an incoherent k‐space sampling pattern, leading to a 14‐s acquisition time and an

GWAS of Tau‐Neurodegeneration Mismatch Identifies New Risk Loci for Susceptibility to Tau

open access: yesCNS Neuroscience &Therapeutics, Volume 32, Issue 9, September 2026.
This GWAS of tau/neurodegeneration mismatch in 794 ADNI and A4 participants identified two genome‐wide significant loci, STXBP6 and AKAP9. The risk alleles were associated with greater‐than‐expected neurodegeneration for a given tau burden, suggesting these genes may influence susceptibility to tau‐related neuronal injury.
