Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

The sky's the limit? Establishing a legal delimitation of airspace and outer space [PDF]
The debate over the legal delimitation between air and space has been argued for over half a century. In representing the positions of those concerned one can show the need for a boundary between airspace and outer space.

Analysis of Solar Neutrino Data from Super-Kamiokande I and II
We are going back to the roots of the original solar neutrino problem: the analysis of data from solar neutrino experiments. The application of standard deviation analysis (SDA) and diffusion entropy analysis (DEA) to the Super-Kamiokande I and II data ...

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

The Legal Dimension of the State Activities in Outer Space: the Draft Code of Conduct in Outer Space Activities [PDF]
in the last decade several initiatives have been launched at the international level to face the challenge of space sustainability through soft law instruments. The first basket is composed by the technical set of rules adopted for space debris .

Pathway to Fractional Integrals, Fractional Differential Equations, and Role of the H-Function
In this paper, the pathway model for the real scalar variable case is re-explored and its connections to fractional integrals, solutions of fractional differential equations, Tsallis statistics and superstatistics in statistical mechanics, the reaction ...

Spatial biology in cancer epigenetics
Spatial epigenomics combines molecular profiling with tissue architecture to reveal how gene regulation is organized within intact tissues. In cancer, these technologies uncover the mechanisms driving tumor heterogeneity and microenvironmental interactions, opening new opportunities for biomarker discovery and precision medicine.

Peckham Outer-Space Initiative [PDF]
"In Ships Not Shelters, the Peckham Outer-Space Initiative (POI) has produced a publication creatively renouncing the stasis inherent in the idea of a shelter, and instead embracing the ship as a vehicle (physically, mentally) for some diagonal forward ...
