ABSTRACT Managing prolactin (PRL)‐mediated reproductive suppression is critical for maintaining egg production in commercial laying hens. L‐tyrosine (TYR), a precursor of dopamine (DA), may counteract age‐related reproductive decline by suppressing PRL, thereby sustaining productivity and egg quality in late‐phase laying hens.

Increased p‐Tau181 Levels After Overnight Wakefulness Are Associated With Neuroticism in Young Women
Overnight wakefulness, mimicking night shift conditions, impaired morning vigilance in healthy, reproductive‐aged women, regardless of estradiol or neuroticism. However, the overnight wakefulness‐related rise in the Alzheimer's disease blood biomarker p‐Tau181 was greater in women with higher neuroticism, suggesting that neurobiological vulnerability ...

ABSTRACT Mounting evidence shows sex‐based differences in sleep experiences and outcomes, including the prevalence of insomnia disorder. However, the impact of biological sex on brain oscillations during sleep remains poorly understood, especially in the context of insomnia disorder. This is a notable gap, given that neurophysiological aspects of sleep

Exposure to artificial light at night (ALAN), particularly at blue wavelengths, disrupts circadian rhythms by suppressing melatonin, thereby increasing cancer susceptibility. This systematic review consolidates evidence linking prolonged ALAN exposure to an elevated risk of breast and prostate tumors.
