A hardware implementation of the overvoltage protection algorithm [PDF]
The objective of my Bachelor’s thesis is to implement an over-voltage protective algorithm in VHDL hardware description language. The algorithm is used as a protection in power system protection. A protective algorithm is intended to run as a real-time application on the basis of 24/7/365 (365 days a year) system.
