A Biomimetic Buffering Hydrogel Scaffold for Long‐Term Culture of Patient‐Derived Tumor Organoids
A biomimetic fibrous buffering hydrogel controls the local acidification at the tumoroid/hydrogel interface at the physiologically relevant level over 21‐day culture. The buffering effect promotes cancer cell proliferation in the tumoroids and supports the structural integrity and mechanical properties of the hydrogel scaffold over long‐term tumoroid ...

PRODUCTION OF NANOCELLULOSE FROM NATIVE CELLULOSE – VARIOUS OPTIONS UTILIZING ULTRASOUND
In this study three different ways of applying ultrasound for the production of nanocellulose from native cellulose were explored. In the first option bleached hardwood kraft pulp was oxidized with the ultrasound (US) assisted TEMPO/NaBr/NaOCl-system (US-

Engineered Protein‐Based Ionic Conductors for Sustainable Energy Storage Applications
Rational incorporation of charged residues into an engineered, self‐assembling protein scaffold yields solid‐state protein films with outstanding ionic conductivity. Salt‐doping further enhances conductivity, an effect amplified in the engineered variants. These properties enable the material integration into an efficient supercapacitor.
