Lithospermic acid (LA) inactivates the p53 signaling pathway via directly targeting SIRT3, thereby alleviating oxidative stress and abnormal apoptosis in the progression of doxorubicin (Dox)‐induced cardiomyocytes. ABSTRACT Doxorubicin (Dox)‐induced cardiomyopathy (DIC) is characterized by significant myocardial damage that can progress to dilated ...

Mechanism elucidation of cell‐selective fluorescent probes
This perspective outlines five mechanistic strategies—Protein‐oriented, carbohydrate‐oriented, lipid‐oriented, gating‐oriented, and metabolism‐oriented live‐cell distinctions—for achieving cell‐selective fluorescence in live‐cell imaging. By classifying probes based on their interactions with proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, transporters, or metabolic ...

The Mechanism of NLRP3 Inflammasome Activation and Its Roles in Chronic Rhinosinusitis
ABSTRACT NLRP3 (NLR family pyrin domain containing 3) is one of the crucial receptors in pathogen recognition receptor (PRR) families which can recognize the pathogen‐associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) and the damage‐associated molecular patterns (DAMPs), thus triggering innate immune response. After NLRP3 activation, it recruits the adaptor protein

Feeding with tannin‐rich diets altered the fecal microbial composition and increased the relative abundance of tannin‐degrading microbes. We hypothesize that fecal bacteria and fungi may play important roles in helping herbivores adapt to tannin‐rich diets but respond to different tannin concentrations varies.
