Enhanced Thermal Durability and Efficiency of Organic Solar Cells via Selective Organic Electron Transport Layers

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
PDINN‐based organic solar cells exhibit strong thermal durability, maintaining high efficiency at 110°C, whereas PFN‐Br devices degrade rapidly. PDINN's stable interfacial interactions enhance charge transport and suppress recombination, emphasizing the key role of interfacial engineering in achieving thermally durable, high‐performance OSCs.

Ag‐Induced Phase and Defect Engineering of Co‐Evaporated Sb2Se3 Thin Films for Enhanced Photovoltaic Performance

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
The sequential formation of Ag2Se and AgSbSe2 phases at the Sb2Se3/Mo interface upon Ag incorporation in co‐evaporated Sb2Se3 solar cells promotes grain growth and defect passivation. These newly formed intermediate phases enhance crystallinity and suppress recombination, leading to significant improvements in open‐circuit voltage, fill factor, and ...

Ozone processing

2014
Ozone has been recognized as a promising food processing agent, which is gaining interest in the food industry due to its oxidant properties. In order to generate commercial levels of ozone, the corona discharge method is generally used. However, there are other less mainstream methods of ozone generation, such as electrochemical and radiochemical ones.
