Neoadjuvant Therapy‐Induced Remodeling in Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma: Multimodal Spatial Analysis and Prognosis

Using integrated spatial pathomics and transcriptomics, we show that neoadjuvant therapy (NAT) in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) induces substantial tumor microenvironment remodeling that is not captured by tumor regression grading (TRG) alone.
