Background Reporting adverse drug reactions (ADRs) is essential for drug safety. In Switzerland, healthcare professionals are legally required to report serious and unlabelled ADRs, yet under‐reporting remains widespread. We tested a novel method to increase reporting of ADR‐related hospitalizations.

Gram‐Scale Synthesis of Perdeuterated Paracetamol
We report the synthesis of perdeuterated paracetamol on a multigram scale with an average deuterium incorporation of > 93% and no less than 78% at any individual position. ABSTRACT The synthesis of deuterated compounds is a major stumbling block in the field of neutron total scattering on disordered materials.

Could NAPQI Contribute to Paracetamol Analgesia? Redox Modulation of Kv7 Ion Channels
ABSTRACT Paracetamol (acetaminophen, APAP) is one of the most widely used analgesic and antipyretic drugs worldwide, yet its mechanism of action remains incompletely understood. While several pathways have been proposed, including cyclooxygenase inhibition and endocannabinoid modulation via AM404, none fully account for its pharmacological profile. The

Electron‐Donating Multifunctional Molecules: A Strategy for High‐Performance Perovskite Solar Cells
ABSTRACT Multifunctional molecules containing electron‐donating groups are critically important in perovskite solar cells (PSCs), including defect passivation, crystallization modulation, energy level alignment, and other functions. This review systematically examines the application and research progress of such multifunctional molecules in PSCs ...
