This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Spatial circular matrices, with applications [PDF]
The cumulants of the quadratic forms associated to the so-called spatial design matrices are often needed for inference in the context of isotropic processes on uniform grids.

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

A new class of matrices with positive inverses
It is well known that irreducibly diagonally- dominant matrices with positive diagonal and non-positive off-diagonal elements have positive inverses. A whole class of symmetric circulant and symmetric quindiagonal Toeplitz matrices with positive inverses

Matrix metalloproteinase‐9 (MMP9) drives ovarian cancer progression. Using MMP9‐null cells (M9‐KO) created from ovarian cancer cells, we found MMP9 loss did not block Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF)‐driven E‐cadherin dissolution or EMT but delayed and reduced EGF‐driven membrane protrusions. Transient MMP9 re‐expression drove membrane protrusion.

The condition of certain matrices
By reversing the usual direction of application, a common procedure for solving integral equations numerically is used to obtain the asymptotic P-condition numbers of two well-known test ...

A contribution to the theory of P-matrices
A real \(n\times n\) matrix is said to be a P-matrix if all of its principal minors are positive. In the paper two criteria for a real \(n\times n\) matrix to be a P-matrix are proposed. Let \(R_ i(A)\) and \(C_ i(A)\) denote the sums of all off-diagonal entries of the ith row and the ith column of A, respectively.

Bisphenol A (BPA), a common chemical in plastics, exerts dual effects on bladder cancer cells: low doses promote growth and migration, while high doses suppress growth and migration. Multi‐omics and bioinformatics reveal BPA acts via MAPK and inflammatory pathways.
